The Deanship of Scientific Research at the university offers a complimentary service through its Research Support Office. This service entails determining the citation percentage for scientific research. All university employees, including faculty members and others, can avail of this service by submitting their research to the email address:

This is according to the following conditions:

1. To submit an application, the researcher must be an employee of Northern Border University and send it through the official university mail, along with the attached relevant form.
2. The researchers must include their full names and affiliations on the research paper or thesis.
3. The research title should be written inside the paper.
4. Include the complete research proposal in PDF or MS-Word format.
5. Only fully completed research will be accepted; research under review will not be considered.
6. Each faculty member can submit five research papers annually. If more than five papers are to be submitted, approval from the Deanship of Scientific Research is required.
7. The research prepared for submission to journals can be re-examined a maximum of two times.
8. Peer-reviewed published research can be examined for promotion purposes but must be clearly stated in the email.
9. University scholarship students can utilize this service to have their academic reports and dissertations examined. The request should be made via the official email and by completing the appropriate form.
